How it works?

Essential Oils

How you can enjoy essential oils at home:

  1. Vaporisation
    Add a few drops of your essential oil to an oil burner and enjoy the vapours and aromatherapy benefits in your surroundings.
  2. Massage
    Blend a few drops of your essential oil with a carrier oil (a simple vegetable oil will work fine) and use over the body on aching joints or for massage.
  3. Inhalation
    Certain essential oils have decongestant qualities, so you may like to use these when you have a cold or congestion. Add a few drops to a small bowl of hot (but not boiling) water and inhale the vapours. You can also add a drop or 2 to a tissue to inhale if you are out and about.
  4. Bathing
    Mix a few drops of your essential oil with a carrier oil and add to warm bath water. Relax and enjoy!

All essential oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets, in a cool dry environment and are for external use only. Do not apply directly onto skin unless directed by a trained aromatherapist. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, wash thoroughly and seek medical advice.
